Tri-River Design & Construction, Inc., was started in July, 1994,
as a National Retail General Contractor. The three owners of the company are
Janet F. Hyrb (President),
John A. Hyrb (Executive Vice President), and
Douglas
J. Hyrb (Vice President of Construction). It is Tri-River's intention to provide
the highest quality construction services with outstanding attention to client
service and satisfaction. This commitment has allowed Tri-River to build a solid
professional reputation in the National Retail Construction Industry and, as a
result, the company has grown steadily and significantly in just a short time.

GENERAL
CONTRACTING:
Tri-River Design & Construction functions as a nationwide
General Contractor for specialty retailers. A competent staff and their
dedication to professionalism has given Tri-River the ability to work almost ANYWHERE
in the United States. Tri-River properly submits complete and qualified bids to
its customers normally within a two week time period. An excellent credit
reputation enables Tri-River to maintain the most competitive subcontractor/
supplier prices, regardless of job location.
PERMITTING:
As a convenience to retailers who have
accelerated construction schedules, Tri-River functions as agents to various
retailers in order to expedite building permits during the bidding stages of
construction. With access to architectural seals for forty-eight states across
the nation, Tri-River successfully applies for and obtains permits for its
customers in a speedy and efficient manner to facilitate construction
commencement.
COSMETIC REMODELS / MAINTENANCE:
Tri-River has a
separate division that caters exclusively to retailers in need of routine
maintenance or minor cosmetic remodels of existing stores. This includes
relocating fixtures, repainting, recarpeting, minor electrical and mechanical
upgrades, carpentry, or any other work required to maintain lease agreements
without disrupting store personnel and customers.
FIELD SURVEYS:
By performing site surveys for
retailers before construction begins, Tri-River provides retailers with
pertinent information and a clear picture of the existing conditions of a site.
With over twenty field construction managers and hundreds of contacts across the
nation, Tri-River accesses construction sites within a few days of notice and
provides detailed and dimensioned sketches of significant features which
