Position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in retail tenant build outs.
Travel throughout the continental United States is required. Construction
scheduling, management skills, and client communication are an important part of
the daily job task. Pay is based on experience. This is a full time position

PROJECT MANAGER:
Position requires a minimum of 3 years project management experience in retail
general contracting. Candidate should possess excellent contract negotiation
skills and be proficient in blueprint reading and estimating. Computer skills in
Microsoft applications is helpful. We seek team oriented, professional
individuals with the ability to handle multiple projects at one time. This is a
full time position with a benefits package and 401(k).
ADMINISTRATIVE:
Candidates must possess outstanding organizational and basic secretarial skills,
with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. Computer
literacy in Microsoft applications is required. A strong telephone decorum is
essential in dealing with clients and customers. We look for professional, team
players who work well with others. This is a full time position with a benefits

EXPEDITER/CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT:
Candidates must possess excellent telephone communication skills and be able to
work with others and handle multiple tasks. Construction background is helpful
but not required. Blueprint reading is helpful. This is a full time position

ESTIMATOR:
Position requires an individual with a minimum of 5 years experience in retail
and commercial estimating. This position requires outstanding take-off and
budgeting experience. A team oriented individual with trade knowledge and the
ability to handle multiple projects is needed for this position. This is a full

ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT:
Candidate must be proficient with computer programs and have proven experience
with accounts receivable, accounts payable and job costing. This is a full time
