FINANCING YOUR HOME:
While the selection of a Lender rests solely with the buyer, Tri-River introduces all buyers to multiple lenders who are ready to service our buyers with competitive rates. The buyer can then interview and evaluate each Lender, or another lender of their choosing, in preparation for a decision that best suits the buyer’s financial needs.
Tri-River Design & Construction, Inc. opened its doors in 1994 as a national retail building contractor. Servicing clients such as Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Borders, Forever 21, H&M, Buffalo Wild Wings, and dozens of other retailers for almost 20 years, Tri-River completed over 3,400 retail/commercial building contracts since 1994 throughout 43 states.
In the fast-paced retail and commercial building markets: schedules are always met, excellence is never negotiable, expectations are “sky-high”, and quality is never compromised. This mindset was a tremendous asset as Tri-River shifted its focus to the residential construction market.
Tri-River entered the residential market in 2013, building both custom and spec homes in Peters Township and North Strabane Township (both in Washington County, PA). In 2013, 2014, and 2015, Tri-River built and sold several spec homes and the remaining 16 patio homes at Evergreen Village in Peters Township.
Tri-River is currently the exclusive builder at Spindle Court, the final phase of the Summerbrooke Planned Community, in North Strabane Township, building 26 single family homes starting in the $500,000s.
