For new home construction, the owner of Tri-River is your main contact from the initial consultation through the design process, until the final walk-through and acceptance of your dream home. All architecture and interior design selections are managed in-house by Tri-River, with all material finish samples located conveniently in our showroom. Unlike larger builders, high quality finishes and signature features are ALREADY INCLUDED in our base prices, making additional upgrades “optional” rather than “necessary”.

Buyers can choose light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, appliances, door hardware, and cabinet hardware from dozens of brands, allowing the Buyer to personalize their new home with their own taste and style.
Construction is supervised daily by two dedicated and experienced field supervisors (each with 40+ years of construction experience and 15+ years of tenure with Tri-River), who maintain aggressive quality control which is unmatched by larger builders in the Pittsburgh area. The field supervisors are on site EVERY DAY coordinating EVERY DETAIL of EVERY HOME, giving the Buyer confidence that their new home purchase is in good hands.
We place our reputation and pride on the line with each home that we build, and ALL of our subcontractors understand our high expectations and have committed to provide a high level of quality construction and customer service to Tri-River’s buyers. Therefore, each Buyer can rest assured that their home is being hand-crafted with tender care from beginning to end . . . and then afterward.
